Terms of Service

ParcelSlip is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of ParcelSlip. They supplement our general Terms of Service, which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to ParcelSlip. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

What you buy

ParcelSlip: a Shopify app that turns your Shopify orders into printable invoices with the fields UK and EU VAT rules ask for, plus credit notes for refunds and pro-forma documents for draft orders, for $9 per month with a 7-day free trial.

The app works inside your Shopify admin as soon as you install it and enter your invoice settings. Invoices are generated on demand when you open them.

ParcelSlip is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown before you install or subscribe. Shopify bills you for ParcelSlip through your Shopify account, and Shopify's terms apply to that billing, including any tax Shopify charges.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin; billing stops with the subscription. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or the refund terms below say otherwise. If we change the price, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

Refunds

Cancel any time by uninstalling the app; billing stops with the subscription. Partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it.

To ask for a refund, contact us (below). Refunds are issued through Shopify billing. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

• ParcelSlip reads the tax Shopify calculated for each order; it does not decide which VAT rates apply to your products.
• ParcelSlip is not legal or tax advice and does not certify or guarantee compliance: check your own obligations with an accountant or your tax authority.
• Save or print the invoices you issue for your own records; ParcelSlip regenerates documents from Shopify and does not archive them.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use ParcelSlip lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide ParcelSlip to you. Once you have paid, you may use your deliverable for your own business, including editing and publishing it. This website and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, ParcelSlip is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to ParcelSlip or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for ParcelSlip in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
